Halloween Inspired Nail Art

Halloween

Autumn (or Fall) has well and truly arrived, and one of our favourite days of the season has got to be Halloween. We’ve designed some freakin’ frightful nail art decals and stencils that are now available on our shop! With all the face painting and fancy dress this has to be one of the most celebrated holidays for beauty addicts the world over. We’ve been enthusiastically scrolling through our favourite Instagram nail art accounts for some suitably spooky inspiration.

MANI-SPIRATON

We’re die-hard planners at Nail Mail HQ – we never start a mani without an idea in mind, (a cup of tea) and about an hour spent on Pinterest and Instagram. Below are some of our festive finds that inspired us.

HOW TO

1. After using a base coat, we painted a white base colour (we only used one coat) and sealed with a rapid dry top coat.

*Apply Mess Free Mani around the skin surrounding the nail*

2. To create the gradient we created a circle of orange polish on our sponge with a thick yellow dot in the middle, we dabbed about 3 coats over each nail with the sponge, sealed with a rapid dry top coat and waited 30 minutes until completely the polish had completely dried hard.

3. We decided to do it the easy way and simply placed the Bats and Cats (as stickers) over the design and sealed with a rapid dry top coat.

4. For the accent nail we used our Straight Line stencils for clean lines to create the Candy Corn effect.
